While we strive to keep venue details, event times, and pricing accurate, OutOut does not guarantee the accuracy of this information. Venues reserve the right to change entry requirements, pricing, or cancel events at any time. OutOut is not liable for any discrepancies or issues that arise at the venue door.

6. Intellectual Property

The OutOut app, website, logos, and original content are the exclusive property of OutOut and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without express written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the platform, us, or third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutOut and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the platform.
