Community Guidelines
Because a great night out requires mutual respect.
OutOut is built on the premise that nightlife should be transparent, exciting, and above all, safe. To protect our users and venue partners, we strictly enforce these Community Guidelines. Violations will result in immediate account suspension, permanent bans, or referral to law enforcement.
1. Zero Tolerance for Harassment & Bullying
OutOut is a platform for connection, not intimidation. We strictly prohibit:
- Stalking, tracking, or repeatedly messaging users who have indicated they do not wish to communicate.
- Doxxing (revealing private, personal information about another user without consent).
- Using the platform to coordinate targeted harassment campaigns against individuals or venues.
- Non-consensual photography or sharing of intimate imagery.
2. Hate Speech & Discrimination
We do not tolerate violence, threats of violence, or hate speech. You may not attack, threaten, or demean anyone based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, caste, sex, gender, gender identity, or serious disease/disability.
3. Illegal Activities & Substances
OutOut cooperates fully with law enforcement. You may not use the platform to:
- Buy, sell, solicit, or facilitate the exchange of illegal drugs or controlled substances.
- Promote underage drinking or provide fake identification strategies.
- Organize illegal or unlicensed events (e.g., unauthorized raves or squats).
- Engage in ticketing fraud, financial scams, or money laundering.
4. Venue Respect & Offline Conduct
Your behavior offline at OutOut-partnered venues reflects on your account. Venues reserve the right to report abusive patrons to our platform. If you are reported for violence, vandalism, sexual harassment, or severe misconduct at a venue, your OutOut account may be permanently terminated.
5. Authentic Reviews & Content
The integrity of OutOut relies on honest feedback. When posting reviews or "Live Vibes":
- Do not post fake reviews (positive or negative) for financial compensation.
- Do not spam the platform with repetitive comments or promotional links.
- Ensure your feedback is based on a genuine, first-hand experience at the venue.
Reporting Violations
If you witness a violation of these guidelines, please use the in-app reporting tools located on user profiles and event pages. For urgent safety concerns or severe violations, email our Trust & Safety team directly at safety@goingoutout.app.
